Visual proof (photos or video) of the damaged product is required to process the claim.

Our team will review the submission and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement to be shipped to the customer's address.

2.3 Replacement Shipment

Once the damage claim is approved, a replacement product will be sent to the same address provided in the original order.

The customer will receive a notification with tracking details once the replacement product is shipped.
