- Customers must report any damage within 3 days of receiving the product.
-Visual proof (photos or video) of the damaged product is required to process the claim.
-Send an email to our customer support team at support@doozypics.com or send a WhatsApp message to 7981106181.
- Include the order number, a brief description of the damage, and the visual proof of the damaged product.
-Our team will review the submission and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement to be shipped to the customer's address.
-Once the damage claim is approved, a replacement product will be sent to the same address provided in the original order.
- The customer will receive a notification with tracking details once the replacement product is shipped.
